Warwickshire County Council - Advisory lorry route map

Lovell Johns were chosen to design and supply an Advisory Lorry Routes Map for Warwickshire County Council. This double – sided A1 size, map folding to A5, was produced through a combination of Council supplied GI data and our own OS derived MapVu background mapping in scales 1:40k and 1:10k. The map was and designed by the Warwickshire Freight Quality Partnership to indicate the best available routes for heavy goods vehicles travelling in Warwickshire. The map illustrates the locations of industrial estates as well as lay-bys and roadside facilities. By encouraging drivers to use the map, lorry operators will be helping to avoid environmentally sensitive areas and possible conflict with local residents.
