ASRA - Housing stock analysis

ASRA Greater London is a BME association that manages 3,000 homes in 20 London boroughs and five local authority areas in the Home Counties. To complete a housing stock analysis project, Lovell Johns were asked to create a set of simple, easy to understand maps that depicted the locations of their housing stock. Using their current stock database Lovell Johns loaded the information onto a map of their area to show where the stock was located and what category it belonged to. In addition for each location the number of dwellings were shown on the map. This simple map system enabled the team to quickly and easily identify clusters of properties. The final deliverable was supplied in electronic and hard copy to enable ASRA to use in various reports and print when required.
